A New Boot Eliminates Sticking of the Pilot Valve {5059}
- Track-Type Tractor:
- D8N (S/N: 5TJ1-UP; 7TK1-UP)
- D8R Series II (S/N: AKA1-UP; 6YZ1-UP)
- D8R (S/N: 7XM1-UP; 9EM1-UP)
- D9R (S/N: ABK1-UP; 7TL1-UP)
Description of Change: A new boot and a new bracket are now used in order to eliminate the pilot valve from sticking. The new boot is securely fastened at the bottom in order to prevent contamination. The new boot and the new bracket produce an airtight seal around the pilot valve.
Adaptable To: The new 202-1214 Boot and the new 199-9102 Bracket are effective with D8R (S/N: 6YZ1250-UP; AKA687-UP; 9EM1612-UP) and D9R (S/N: ABK820-UP) Track-Type Tractors. The new boot and the new bracket are adaptable to D8N (S/N: 5TJ1-UP; 7TK1-UP), D8R (S/N: 6YZ1-UP; AKA1-UP; 7XM1-UP; 9EM1-UP), and D9R (S/N: 7TL1-UP; ABK1-UP) Track-Type Tractors.
