Perform the following procedure when you assemble the 7P-7245 Valve. This valve is part of the track adjuster.

It is very important to tighten valve (1) to a torque of 70 ± 15 N·m (52 ± 11 lb ft). The valve may leak if the valve is not tightened to the specified torque. Also, do not overtighten the valve. Damage to the valve seat may occur if the valve is overtightened. |
- Install O-ring seal (4), O-ring seal (3), and backup ring (2) on the seat assembly. Put clean grease on the O-ring seals.

- Install valve (1) in the seat assembly. Tighten the valve to a torque of 70 ± 15 N·m (52 ± 11 lb ft).
