The following information should appear in the maintenance interval of "Every 250 Service Hours or Monthly" for the following machines. These machines were equipped with 169-6544 Bearing Blocks .

1. Remove the plug from the pillow block.

2. Install a grease fitting.

3. Wipe off the fitting before you apply any lubricant.

4. Apply 1P-0808 Multipurpose Lithium Grease (Cartridge) through the grease fitting.

5. Remove the grease fitting.

6. Reinstall the plug into the pillow block.

The following information should appear in the maintenance interval of "Every 5000 Service Hours or 3 Years" for the following machines. These machines were equipped with 174-6133 Bearing Blocks .

• 535B AAE548-UP

• 545 2FZ424-UP

The 174-6133 Bearing Blocks are maintenance free. The bearings require no additional greasing. Replace the bearings after the service life of 5,000 hours.

The 174-6133 Bearing Blocks are adaptable to first production of the machines that are listed.
