New Hose Clamps Are Now Available On Certain 950K and 962K Wheel Loaders {1380, 1380}
- Wheel Loader:
- 950K (S/N: R4A1-UP; J5M1-UP; FER1-UP)
- 962K (S/N: T6A1-UP; FLL1-UP; X4T1-UP)
Improved hose clamps are now available for the above listed machines. The improved clamps offer improved service life.
The improved 467-2726 Clamps are adaptable to the following machines:
- FER1-UP
- J5M1-UP
- R4A1-UP
- FLL1-UP
- T6A1-UP
- X4T1-UP

Personal injury can result from hot coolant. Any contact with hot coolant or with steam can cause severe burns. Allow cooling system components to cool before the cooling system is drained. |

- Drain the cooling system. Use appropriate containment and disposal procedures.
- Remove the 216-4983 Clamp from the engine thermostat hose.

- Inspect the 322-0955 Hose for cracks and defects and replace damaged or defected parts as needed.
- Install a new 467-2726 Clamp on the engine thermostat hose. Tighten the clamp to 11 N·m (8 lb ft).
- Install a 3E-4096 Cap on the clamp rod after the clamp has been tightened to specification.
- Remove the 216-4983 Clamp from the water pump hose.

- Inspect the 322-0952 Hose for cracks and defects and replace damaged or defected parts as needed.
- Install a new 467-2726 Clamp on the water pump hose. Tighten the clamp to 11 N·m (8 lb ft).
- Install a 3E-4096 Cap on the clamp rod after the clamp has been tightened to specification.
- Refill the cooling system.
