Description of Change: A protective cover for the joint on the equalizer bar is now used on the D9R and D9T. The protective cover will prevent debris from getting between the seal for the joint on the equalizer bar and the ear that is on the track roller frame. This will provide increased reliability for the joint.

Adaptable To: The protective cover is effective with the following machines:

• D9R (S/N: WDM1740-UP)

• D9T (S/N: RJS1395-UP)

The protective cover is adaptable to the following machines:

• D9R (S/N: ABK1-UP; ACL1-UP; WDM1-1739)

• D9T (S/N: RJS1-1394)

In order to update a tractor that is in the field, remove the bolts for the track roller frame and replace the bolts with the parts that are in Table 1.
