- Clean all parts and inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new AVSpare parts for replacement.
- Use a hoist and a nylon lifting strap and position arm assembly (13) onto the axle housing. The arm assembly weighs approximately 75 kg (165 lb). Install pin assembly (3) .

- Use Tool (A) to install pin (19) .

- Position retainer (17) and install three bolts (16). Position bar (15) and install two bolts (14) .

- Install pin assembly (12) into arm assembly (13). Position bar (11) and install two bolts (10) .

- Position suspension rod (8) to suspension spring (9) and install pin (7). Install cotter pin (6) .

- Position retainer (5) onto pin assembly (3) and install three bolts (4) and the washers. Connect hose assembly (2) .

- Remove the lift trucks from axle housing (1) .
