Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.


Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before you begin the removal procedure, the exterior of the components should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

  1. Remove bolts (1) and cover (2).

  2. Use Tooling (A) to remove outer axle (3). Use Tooling (A) to remove inner axle (4).

    Note: There are two axles on the left side of the machine and one axle on the right side of the machine.

  1. Apply Tooling (B) at locations (X).

    Note: Remove all burrs from axles (4) before applying Tooling (B).

  2. Use Tooling (A) to install inner axle (4). Use Tooling (A) to install outer axle (3).

    Note: There are two axles on the left side of the machine and one axle on the right side of the machine.

  3. Install cover (2) and bolts (1).
