1.1. Disassembly Procedure

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the bulldozer control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bulldozer Control Valve - Remove".

  1. Remove valve (1) and nuts (2).

  2. Remove cover (3) and ripper valve (4) from valve bank (5).

  3. Remove O-ring seals (6) and shims (7) from ripper valve (4).

  4. Remove bolts (14), housing (13), bolt (12), spacer (11), retainer (10), spring (9), and retainer (8).

  5. Remove bolts (15), guard (16), retainer (17), filter (18), spool (19), and O-ring seals (20).

  6. Remove seat (25), O-ring seal (24), ring (23), O-ring seal (22), and ball (21).

  7. Remove plug (26), O-ring seal (27), valve (28), and springs (29) and (30).

  8. Remove plug (40), O-ring seal (39), retainer (38), washer (37), spring (36), housing (35), O-ring seal (34), ring (33), O-ring seal (32), and valve (31).

  9. Remove housing (46), O-ring seal (45), ring (44), O-ring seals (43), and (42), and ring (41).

  10. Remove O-ring seals (47), shims (49), and nuts (50) from manifold assembly (48). Remove manifold assembly (48) from valve bank (5).

  11. Remove studs (53), plugs (52), and O-ring seals (51) from manifold assembly (48).

  12. Remove O-ring seals (56), shims (55), and angle valve (54) from valve bank (5).

  18. Remove adjustment screw (94), nut (93), spring (92), poppet (91A), housing (91), O-ring seal (90), ring (89), springs (88) and (87), plunger (86), and valve (85) from housing (84).

  19. Repeat Steps 17 and 18 for the remaining valve assembly.
