  1. Use Tooling (J) in order to install bearings (13).

  2. Use Tooling (F) in order to install four retaining rings (12).

  3. Use Tooling (K) in order to install four seals (11).

  4. Use Tooling (L) in order to install bearing (10) (not shown).

  5. Use Tooling (K) in order to install seal (9) and spacer (8). Repeat for the opposite side.

  6. Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (H) to equalizer bar (4) and position equalizer bar (4). The weight of equalizer bar (4) is approximately 227 kg (500 lb).

  7. Use Tooling (C), Tooling (H), and a suitable lifting device in order to support equalizer bar (4).

  8. Reposition the suitable lifting device and reposition equalizer bar (4).

  9. Install pin assembly (7).

  10. Install bolt (6).

  11. Remove Tooling (C) and the suitable lifting device.

  12. Install pin (5).

  13. Use Tooling (A) in order to lower the front corner of the machine that is opposite of the side that is being worked on.

  14. Install cover (3).

  15. Connect tube assembly (1) and grease hose assembly (2).

End By:

  1. Install the track roller frame. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller Frame -Install".

  2. Install the bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Install".
