- Position Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device.

- Position track roller (2) from the machine. The weight of the track roller is 30 kg (66.0 lb).
- Install bolts (3) into each side of the roller.
- Remove Tooling (A) and the blocks.

- Install the rock guards, if necessary.
- Tighten the track. For the proper procedure, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust" for the machine that is being serviced.
