Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the hydraulic fan motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Motor (Hydraulic Fan) - Remove".

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

1. Remove plug (1) from head (2).

2. Remove O-ring seal (3) from plug (1).

3. Remove bolts (4) from head (2).

4. Remove head (2) from the gear motor.

9. Remove driven gear (10) from the gear motor.
