- Connect the steering frame lock.
- Release the hydraulic system pressure.

- Remove covers (1) and (2).

Illustration 2 g03723120 - Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cover assembly (3). The weight of cover assembly (3) is approximately
74 kg (163 lb) . - Remove bolts (4) and the washers.

Illustration 3 g03723148 - Remove bolts (5) and the washers. Remove bolt (6) (not shown) and the washer. Repeat this step for the opposite side of cover assembly (3).
- Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove cover assembly (3).

- Remove tube assemblies (8).
- Disconnect harness assemblies (10). Cut the cable straps.
