Start By:
- Connect the steering frame lock.
- Use two people to remove fender assembly (1). The weight of fender assembly (1) is approximately
27 kg (60 lb) . - Remove nuts (2) and fender assembly (1).

- Install front tire and rim assembly (3) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of
570 ± 80 N·m (420 ± 59 lb ft) . Tighten bolts (4) by an additional 60 degrees.
