Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Tilt cab.

1. Drain the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil – Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

2. Remove panels (4) and (2). Use two people to remove door (3) and panel (1). Repeat for the opposite side.

3. Remove guard (6). Disconnect antenna (5).

4. Use two people to remove panel (7). The weight of panel (7) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

5. Use suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to remove housing (8). The weight of housing (8) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

6. Remove fan shroud (9). Cut cable straps (10).

7. Disconnect hose assemblies (11) and (12).

8. Disconnect hose assemblies (13).

9. Remove clamps (14).
   Show/hide table

10. Disconnect hose assemblies (15).

11. Disconnect harness assembly (16). Disconnect hose assemblies (17). Loosen the clamps and disconnect hose (18).

12. Use suitable lifting device and Tooling (A). Remove bolts (19) and bolts (20). Remove Hydraulic tank (21). The weight of hydraulic tank (21) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb).

Installation Procedure

1. Install hydraulic tank (21) in the reverse order of removal
