1.1. Disassembly Procedure

  1. Carefully pry plug (2) from cover (1).

  2. Remove nut (3) that secures cover (1) in place. Remove the cover, the O-ring seal and the seal from the lubrication pump.

  3. Remove lubrication tank (4) from base (5).

  4. Use a suitable dowel to remove guide pin (6) and the washer from base (5).

    Note: Do not use any tools to grip on the outside of the guide pin.

  5. Remove plate (7) and the spring from the base (5).

  6. Remove bridge (8) from base (5).

  7. Remove mixing gear (9) from base (5) before removing grid (10).

  8. Remove harness assembly (11) from base (5).

  9. Remove cover (12) from base (5).

  10. Remove gasket (13) from cover (12).

  11. Disconnect the harness assembly for pump assembly (14) before removing the pump assembly and O-ring seal (15) from base (5).

  12. Remove valve (16) from pump assembly (14).

  13. Remove ring (17) from valve (16) in order to separate the parts of the valve and the coil.
