Removal Procedure
- Remove harness assembly (1) and remove inlet air temperature sensor (2) .

- Loosen clamp band (3) and remove any intake tubing.
- Remove hose assembly (4) .
- Remove clamp assemblies (5)
- Remove bolts (6) and remove air inlet elbow (7) .
- Remove bolts (11) and tube (12) .

- Remove O-ring seal (10) from tube (12) .
- Remove spring washer (8) , and mixing tube (9) .
Installation Procedure
- Install the air inlet elbow (7) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten inlet air temperature sensor (2) to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 27 lb in).
- Tighten clamp band (3) to a torque of 8.5 ± 1.0 N·m (75 ± 9 lb in).
