  9. Remove the inlet temperature sensor (11).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the flame detection temperature sensor in the reverse order.

    1. Apply Tooling (A) to the threads on flame detection temperature sensor (9) and to the threads of inlet temperature sensor (11). Tighten the flame detection temperature sensor (9) and the inlet temperature sensor (11) to a torque of 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft).

    2. Tighten tube assemblies (8) to a torque of 16 ± 2 N·m (142 ± 18 lb in).

    3. Tighten tube assembly (6) to a torque of 11 ± 2 N·m (97 ± 18 lb in).

    4. Tighten tube assembly (7) to a torque of 16 ± 2 N·m (142 ± 18 lb in).

    5. Tighten tube assembly (5) to a torque of 20 ± 2 N·m (177 ± 18 lb in).

    6. Tighten tube assembly (4) to a torque of 16 ± 2 N·m (142 ± 18 lb in).

    7. Tighten tube assembly (3) to a torque of 43 ± 4 N·m (32 ± 3 lb ft).

    8. Tighten tube assembly (2) to a torque of 27 ± 3 N·m (239 ± 27 lb in).
