- Turn the fuel supply to the OFF position and turn the power disconnect switch to the OFF.
- Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or for disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".

Note: Cap all tube assemblies and fittings that are disconnected in order to prevent fluid loss. This will also keep contaminants out of the systems.
- Disconnect tube assemblies (2), (3), (4), and (5).

- Disconnect tube assemblies (6), (7), and (8).
- Carefully remove the tube assemblies as one unit from the right side of the machine.

- Remove cable straps and remove flame detection temperature sensor (9).

- Disconnect the harness assembly that attaches to flame detection temperature sensor (10). Remove all cable straps that secure the sensor.

- Remove the inlet temperature sensor (11).
- Install the flame detection temperature sensor in the reverse order.
- Apply Tooling (A) to the threads on flame detection temperature sensor (9) and to the threads of inlet temperature sensor (11). Tighten the flame detection temperature sensor (9) and the inlet temperature sensor (11) to a torque of
45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft) . - Tighten tube assemblies (8) to a torque of
16 ± 2 N·m (142 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten tube assembly (6) to a torque of
11 ± 2 N·m (97 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten tube assembly (7) to a torque of
16 ± 2 N·m (142 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten tube assembly (5) to a torque of
20 ± 2 N·m (177 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten tube assembly (4) to a torque of
16 ± 2 N·m (142 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten tube assembly (3) to a torque of
43 ± 4 N·m (32 ± 3 lb ft) . - Tighten tube assembly (2) to a torque of
27 ± 3 N·m (239 ± 27 lb in) .
- Apply Tooling (A) to the threads on flame detection temperature sensor (9) and to the threads of inlet temperature sensor (11). Tighten the flame detection temperature sensor (9) and the inlet temperature sensor (11) to a torque of
