Installation Procedure

1. Install adapter (6) and the O-ring seals into gear pump (5) . Tighten adapter (6) to a torque of 95 ± 10 N·m (70 ± 7 lb ft).

2. Install adapter (7) and the O-ring seals into gear pump (5) . Tighten adapter (7) to a torque of 150 ± 15 N·m (110 ± 10 lb ft).

3. Place the gasket onto the gear pump (5) . Position gear pump (5) and install bolts (4) and the washers.

Note: Adapters (6) and (7) must not be allowed to turn during the installation of tubes (2) and (3) .

4. Install tube (2) . Tighten tube (2) to a torque of 360 ± 36 N·m (265 ± 25 lb ft) while holding adapter (7) in place.

5. Connect tube (3) . Tighten tube (3) to a torque of 144 ± 15 N·m (105 ± 10 lb ft) while holding adapter (6) in place.

6. Install tube clamp (1) .

7. Fill the hydraulic tank.

End By:

1. Install the bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom guard - Remove and Install".
2. Install the engine side guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install".
