With the key start switch in the ON position, 24 volt power is supplied from the batteries via circuit breaker #4 through the flasher to the directional turn signal/hazard light switch.
Directional turn signal/hazard light switch (1) controls 24 volt power to left park/turn light (3), left turn light (4), right park/turn light (2), and to right turn light (5). With the directional turn signal/hazard light switch in the DOWN position, the left park/turn light and the left turn light flash together. Left turn indicator (6) will also flash. With the directional turn signal/hazard light switch in the UP position, the right park/turn light and the right turn light flash together. Right turn indicator (7) will also flash. The flash rate is controlled by flasher (8) and can not be changed.
The hazard lights are used as a warning device. With the directional turn signal/hazard light switch in the ON position, 24 volt power is supplied to both the left turn lights and the right turn lights. Both the left turn lights and the right turn lights flash together. The flash rate can not be changed.
