Main ... 44000 ± 2000 kPa (6380 ± 290 psi)
Charge ... 2850 ± 50 kPa (415 ± 7 psi)

(1) Tightening torque for bolts ... 9.5 ± 1.5 N·m (84 ± 13 lb in)

(2) Apply 4C-9506 Retaining Compound.

(3) Use shims in order to achieve the required end play. ... 0.03 to 0.05 mm (0.001 to 0.002 inch)

(4) Apply 154-9731 Thread Lock Compound.

(5) Use spacers in order to achieve the required slipper clearance. ... 0.01 to 0.03 mm (0.0004 to 0.0012 inch)

(6) Tightening torque for bolts ... 25 ± 5 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft)

(6) Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound.

(7) Use shims in order to achieve the required barrel clearance. ... 0.01 to 0.03 mm (0.0004 to 0.0012 inch)

(8) Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound.

(9) Tightening torque ... 100 ± 10 N·m (75 ± 7 lb ft)

(10) In the two control cylinders on the side with the control cover, the end stops for the swashplate must be set to obtain a swashplate angle of 18 degrees 30 minutes ± 10 minutes. The two control cylinders on the side with centering spring cover must be screwed slightly against the actuator pistons. This is with the cylinders in the end positions. Then, unscrew the cylinders 0.4 to 0.5 mm (0.016 to 0.020 inch) or 1/4 revolution. Install shims on all four control cylinders, as required. A 10 minute swashplate angle approximately equals 0.18 mm (0.007 inch).

(11) Tightening torque for bolts ... 46 N·m (34 lb ft)

(12) Apply 4C-9502 Gasket Sealant to the pump case prior to installing the cover.

(13) Tightening torque ... 130 N·m (95 lb ft)

(14) Tightening torque for bolts ... 275 N·m (200 lb ft)

(14) Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound.

(15) Tightening torque for bolt ... 32 N·m (24 lb ft)

(15) Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound.

Rotation is counterclockwise when the rotation is viewed from the drive end.

Type of pump: Piston

For the test, use SAE 10W oil that is at 65 °C (149 °F). The test is run at the maximum angle of the swashplate.
