Worn disc ... 3.95 mm (.156 inch)

Note: When a disc is checked for thickness, measure the depth of each groove in the disc. Depth of the groove must be greater than 0.32 mm (.013 inch).

(2) Thickness of the flange for 130-5867 Piston ... 9.0 mm (.35 inch)

(3) Thickness of 130-5866 Reaction Plate ... 8.08 ± 0.28 mm (.318 ± .011 inch)

(4) Thickness of 130-5859 Reaction Plate ... 41.8 mm (1.65 inch)

(X) Minimum thickness of the stack ... 58.35 mm (2.297 inch)

Note: Measure the stack from the back of the piston flange to the back of the reaction plate. Do not include friction discs in this measurement.

(6) Apply 4C-9507 Retaining Compound to the outside diameter of the dowel prior to installation. Make sure that the dowel is installed against the bottom of the hole.

(7) Apply 4C-9507 Retaining Compound to the outside diameter of the sleeve prior to installation.

(8) Torque for the bolt ... 0.45 ± 0.05 N·m (4.0 ± .4 lb in)

(9) Heavily lubricate the entire seal with the oil that is being sealed.

(10) Heavily lubricate the entire length of pin with the oil that is being sealed.
