Maximum track press assembly force ... 450 kN (101165 lb)
(1) Torque for bolts that hold the master links together ... 300 ± 50 N·m (221.3 ± 36.9 lb ft)
Additional tightening ... 180 ± 5 degrees
Note: Before installation, apply 4C-5593 Anti-seize Compound on the threads, on the body, and on the washer face of each bolt.
(2) Torque for the bolts that hold the track shoes to the link
- Use SAE 30 oil on the bolt threads and on the washer face. ... 300 ± 50 N·m (221.3 ± 36.9 lb ft)
- Additional tightening ... 120 ± 5 degrees
Note: Install the nuts so that the radii that are on the corner are against the link.
(3) Distance from the center of one pin to the center of the next pin (pitch) ... 202.81 ± 0.13 mm (7.985 ± 0.005 inch)

(4) Maximum extension of the pin beyond both sides of the links ... 2.3 ± 0.8 mm (0.09 ± 0.03 inch)
