Bolt Tightening Sequence | |
(1) Tighten six bolts that hold the aftercooler cover to the inlet manifold to the following torque. ... 24 N·m (18 lb ft)
Tighten the six bolts again to the following torque. ... 47 N·m (35 lb ft)
Note: Follow the bolt tightening sequence.
(2) Tighten clamps to the following torque. ... 15 ± 3 N·m (11 ± 2 lb ft)
(3) Put 4C-5300 Anaerobic Sealant along the bottom of the plate.
(4) Tighten eight bolts to the following torque. ... 55 ± 10 N·m (40 ± 7 lb ft)
