End play (clearance) of the roller shaft:
Minimum ... 0.25 mm (0.010 inch)
Maximum ... 1.23 mm (0.048 inch)
Torque for the bolts that attach the rollers to the track roller frame ... 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft)
(1) At assembly, rubber toric seals and all surfaces that contact the rubber toric seals must be clean and dry. Immediately before installation, put a thin layer of oil on the contact surfaces of the metal seal rings. The seal rings must be assembled square with the bore. Rubber toric seals must not be twisted. Do not allow rubber toric seals to bulge.
(2) Clearance across the diameter between a new shaft and new bushings ... 0.634 ± 0.055 mm (0.025 ± 0.002 inch)
(3) At assembly, lubricate the surface of the bushing assemblies.
(4) At assembly, lubricate the seals.
(5) Diameter of a new track roller rim ... 175 ± 0.25 mm (6.890 ± .010 inch)
(5) Diameter of a track roller rim that is worn 100 percent ... 144.5 mm (5.689 inch)
(6) Assemble the plug into the stopper to dimension (A). The plug must not be recessed below the surface of the stopper.
(A) Dimension ... 0 to 5 mm (0 to 0.2 inch)
