1. Install machine software 4208629V51, contact Small Wheel Loader Product Support team for flash file. Note: Refer to UENR6086, Testing and Adjusting, "Machine preparation for Testing and Adjusting". |
2. Remove the caps on both valves to expose the valve adjustments. Refer to Image1.2.1. |

3. Adjust the valves according to the result achieved in the test. The adjustment screw takes a 10mm allen wrench to adjust. Both left valve part number 522-6651 and right valve part number 522-7608 on the lift cylinders will need to be adjusted if a failing result is achieved. Both left and right valves should be adjusted by the same amount each time. Note: The valves are sensitive, small adjustments can lead to large changes. To avoid many iterations, it is best to make small adjustments to start. If Start Current 2 minus Start Current 1 less than 10 mA, the setting of both valves need to be increased. Increase the valve setting by rotating the adjustment screw clockwise, starting with a small 1/8 of a turn or less adjustment. Before re-running the calibration, verify that lower modulation feels acceptable. If Start Current 2 minus Start Current 1 is greater than 20 mA, the setting of both valves need to be decreased. Decrease the valve setting by rotating the adjustment screw counter-clockwise, starting with a small 1/8 of a turn or less adjustment. |
4. Repeat the calibration process in E.T. If Start Current 2 minus Start Current 1 equals 10 to 20 mA, no further adjustment of the load check valves is needed. Repeat process until a passing result is achieved. |
5. Install the latest version of machine software available in SIS web. |
