ACTION REQUIRED
Before Failure: An ultrasound test (UT) will be scheduled for each suspect machine. If the UT inspection indicates spindle replacement is necessary, contact the Wheel Loader Product group for further instruction. The machine may continue to operate until the final drive replacement can be scheduled. After Failure: If UT inspection indicates replacement of the spindle is necessary, refer to M0075587, Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive, Brake and Wheel - Remove", to remove and install the final drive and wheel. The service brake discs, plates, and hub will need to be removed from the existing final drive and installed in to the new final dive.
