NOTE: | This Program must be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS46916" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The orifice within the 564-9157 Fitting on the implement pump resonator may loosen causing unstable implement pressure on certain 950M and 962M Medium Wheel Loaders. The pressure instability may result in overheating of the hydraulic oil and/or audible noise from the implement pump. |

PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. |
Release Hydraulic Oil Pressure. Keep vacuuming air from Hydraulic Tank Filling Port. Refer RENR6331, Testing and Adjusting, "System Pressure - Release", for additional information. |
1. The fitting is accessed from the right side of the machine between the rear tire and the frame. If equipped, the steering cylinder cover will need to be removed. Refer to Image1.2.1. |

2. Disconnect the resonator hose from the fitting. Refer to Image1.3.1. |

3. Remove the fitting from the pump. Refer to Image1.4.1. |

4. Install the new fitting on the pump and tighten to a specified torque of 46 +/- 4.6 N.m (34 +/- 3.4 ft-lbs). Refer to Image1.5.1. |

5. Reattach the resonator hose and tighten to a specified torque of 26 +/- 2.6 N.m (19 +/- 1.9 ft-lbs). Refer to Image1.6.1. |

6. Remove the hydraulic tank vacuum and reinstall the steering cylinder cover, as required. |
