If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The orifice within the 564-9157 Fitting on the implement pump resonator may loosen causing unstable implement pressure on certain 950M and 962M Medium Wheel Loaders. The pressure instability may result in overheating of the hydraulic oil and/or audible noise from the implement pump.

Rework Procedure

Release Hydraulic Oil Pressure. Keep vacuuming air from Hydraulic Tank Filling Port. Refer RENR6331, Testing and Adjusting, "System Pressure - Release", for additional information.

1. The fitting is accessed from the right side of the machine between the rear tire and the frame. If equipped, the steering cylinder cover will need to be removed. Refer to Image1.2.1.
