When Required

Bucket Teeth and Cutting Edges - Inspect/Replace
Fuses - Replace
Thermal Insulation Panels - Inspect/Replace
Thermal Insulation Sleeves - Inspect/Replace

Every 10 Service Hours or Daily

Hydraulic System Oil Level (Braking System) - Check

Every 500 Service Hours or 3 Months

Final Drive Oil Sample - Obtain
Hydraulic System Oil Sample - Obtain
Hydrostatic Drive Oil Filter (Steel Mill) - Replace
Hydrostatic Drive Oil Sample - Obtain
Pump Drive Gearbox Oil Sample - Obtain

Every 1000 Service Hours or 6 Months

Hydraulic System Oil Filter - Replace

Every 2000 Service Hours or 1 Year

Hydraulic System Oil (Steel Mill) - Change
Hydrostatic Drive Oil (Steel Mill) - Change
Pump Drive Gearbox Oil - Change
