Do not remove any parts until all pressure has been relieved to avoid possible personal injury. Relieve pressure by opening relief valve one turn maximum. See maintenance guide for track adjustment procedure.

Move the machine forward. Allow the machine to coast to a stop. Do not apply the brakes in order to stop the machine.

1. Remove the valve cover.

2. Add multipurpose grease (MPGM) through the track adjustment valve (2) until the track is tight.

3. Make a mark on the roller frame 10 mm (0.39 inch) behind the idler bearing support (4) . Ensure that there is enough room for the front idler to retract.

4. Open the relief valve (3) by one full turn and allow the idler to move back. Moving the machine in reverse will help to move back the idler.

5. Close the relief valve.

6. Add multipurpose grease (MPGM) through the track adjustment valve (2) until the mark on the roller frame is aligned with the rear edge of the idler bearing support.

7. Install the valve cover.

8. Repeat the procedure for the other track.
