Do not engage the parking brake while the machine is moving unless the primary service brake fails. The use of the parking brake as a service brake in regular operation will cause severe damage to the parking brake system. |

| Parking Brake - The parking brake lever engages the parking brake. The parking brake lever locks the transmission and the steering control lever in the neutral position. When the parking brake is engaged, the machine should not move. Do not use the parking brake in order to stop the machine. |

| LOCKED (1) - Push the parking brake lever downward in order to engage the parking brake. Push the parking brake downward in order to lock the transmission lever in NEUTRAL. |

| UNLOCKED (2) - Pull the parking brake lever upward in order to release the parking brake. |
