(1)Kingbolt Bearings

Lubricate 3 fittings on each side.

(2)Horizontal Pivot Bearings

Lubricate 4 fittings.

(3)Hydraulic Cylinders And Steering Links

Lubricate 8 fittings on each side.

(4)Bowl Lift Cylinders

Lubricate 2 fittings.

(5)Elevator Lower Bearing Hanger

Lubricate 2 lower bearing hangers (one fitting each side).

(6)Elevator Upper Bearing Hanger And Idler Rollers

1. Lubricate 1 fitting on upper right hand bearing hanger.

2. Lubricate 2 idler rollers on each side.

(7)Elevator Guide Roller Bearings

Lubricate 1 fitting on each side.

(8)Brake Cross Shaft Bearings

Lubricate 1 fitting on each side.

(9)Door Roller Bearings

Lubricate 4 fittings on each side.

(10)Door Linkage Arm Pins

Lubricate 3 fittings on each side.

(11)Door Cylinders

Lubricate 2 fittings on each side.

(12)Ejector Support Rollers

Lubricate 1 fitting on each side.

(13)Draft Frame Side Arm Bearings

Lubricate 1 fitting on each side.

(14)Precleaner

Check accumulation of dust in precleaner. If dust level is up to full mark, remove and empty cup. Periodically remove and wash precleaner in warm water.

(15)Radiator

Remove cap slowly to relieve pressure. Maintain coolant level to within 1/2 inch (1 cm) of bottom of fill pipe. Use clean water that is low in scale forming minerals, not softened water.

(16)Diesel Engine Crankcase

Tractor-scraper must be on level ground, parking brake applied, safety lock ON, engine running at low idle and oil warm. Maintain oil level between FULL and ADD OIL marks on plunger gauge.
