(1)Bucket Linkage And Lift Arm Pivots

Lubricate 11 fittings on each side.

(2)Track Roller Frame Outer Bearings

Lubricate 2 fittings.

(3)Ripper

Lubricate 11 fittings.

(4)Multipurpose Bucket

Lubricate 3 fittings on each side.

(5)Bucket Positioner Tube

Fill cup with oil. (If equipped).

(6)Radiator

Remove cap slowly to relieve pressure. Maintain coolant level to within 1/2 inch (1 cm) below bottom of fill pipe. Use clean water that is low in scale forming minerals, not softened water.

(7)Precleaner

Check accumulation of dust in precleaner. If dust level is up to full mark, remove and empty cup. Periodically remove and wash precleaner in water.

(8)Hydraulic Control System - Check Oil Level

Traxcavator must be on level ground, bucket flat on ground, hydraulic controls at HOLD, engine stopped and oil cool. Maintain oil level between ADD and FULL marks.

(9)Diesel Engine Crankcase - Check Oil Level

Traxcavator must be on level ground, brake lock applied, engine at low idle and oil hot. Maintain oil level at FULL mark on gauge.

(10)Bevel Gear And Steering Clutch Compartment - Check Oil Level

Traxcavator must be on level ground, brake lock applied, engine at low idle and oil hot. Maintain oil level at FULL mark on gauge.

(11)Transmission System - Check Oil Level

Traxcavator must be on level ground, brake lock applied, engine at low idle, transmission in NEUTRAL and oil hot. Maintain oil level at FULL mark on gauge.
