(15)Front And Rear Differentials And Final Drives

1. Operate loader on level ground a few minutes before checking. Stop engine.

2. Remove plug from front differential housing. Do not drain oil if level is above plug opening.

3. Add oil if necessary, to level of plug opening. Clean and install plug.

4. Position one rear wheel with OIL LEVEL mark horizontal. Oil should be to the level of the check plug opening.

5. Add oil through plug opening in final drive covers or axle housing if necessary.

(16)Drive Shaft Support

Lubricate 1 fitting (3 strokes).

(17)Drive Shaft Spline

Steer loader to full left or right and stop engine. Lubricate until excess lubricant appears at relief fitting.

(18)Frame Lower Pivot

Lubricate 1 fitting.

(19)Rear Axle Trunnion

Lubricate 2 fittings, (7 strokes or until excess lubricant appears at relief fittings above lubrication fittings).
