(1)Kingbolt Bearings
Lubricate 3 fittings on each side.
(2)Horizontal Pivot Bearings
Lubricate 4 fittings.
(3)Steering Cylinders And Links
Lubricate 8 fittings on each side.
(4)Ejector Support Rollers
Lubricate 2 fittings.
(5)Bowl Lift Cylinders
Lubricate 2 fittings.
(6)Hitch Link Bearings
Lubricate 4 fittings on each side.
(7)Bail Bearings
Lubricate 8 fittings.
(8)Push Block And Push Plate
Apply grease with a paddle to the push block and push plate contacting faces.
(9)Tractor And Scraper Radiators
Remove cap slowly to relieve pressure. Maintain coolant level within 1/2" (1 cm) of bottom of fill pipe. Use clean water that is low in scale forming minerals, not softened water.
(10)Tractor And Scraper Precleaners
Check precleaner screen. Occasionally remove rain cover and check tube openings. If tubes are dirty, remove entire precleaner and wash (warm water), brush or blow dirt from tubes.
(11)Hydraulic Control System - Check Oil Level
Tractor-scraper must be on level ground, bowl and apron lowered, ejector forward, hydraulic controls at HOLD, engine stopped and oil cool. Maintain oil level between ADD and FULL marks in sight gauge, or between ADD and FULL marks on gauge.
(12)Tractor Engine Crankcase
Tractor-scraper must be on level ground, parking brake applied, safety lock ON, engine at low idle and oil warm. Maintain oil level between FULL and ADD oil marks.
(13)Scraper Engine Crankcase
Tractor-scraper must be on level ground, parking brake applied, safety lock ON, engine at low idle and oil warm. Maintain oil level between FULL and ADD oil marks.
(14)Tractor Transmission System
Tractor-scraper must be on level ground, parking brake applied, transmission in NEUTRAL with safety lock ON, oil warm and engine at low idle. Maintain oil level to FULL mark on gauge.
(15)Scraper Transmission System
Tractor-scraper must be on level ground, parking brake applied, transmission in NEUTRAL with safety lock ON, oil warm and engine at low idle. Maintain oil level to FULL mark on gauge.
