(1)Tractor Radiator

------ WARNING! ------

Always inspect cooling system with the engine stopped.

Remove radiator cap slowly to relieve pressure. Steam can cause personal injury.

Do not allow inhibitor, which contains alkali, to contact skin or eyes.

------WARNING!--------

Check with engine stopped. Remove cap slowly to relieve pressure. Maintain coolant level to bottom of fill pipe.

(2)Tractor Precleaner

Check screen for accumulation of dust and debris. If necessary, remove and clean cap and screen. Install cap and screen.

(3)Scraper Radiator

Check with engine stopped. Remove cap slowly to relieve pressure. Maintain coolant level to bottom of fill pipe.

(4)Scraper Precleaner

Check screen for accumulation of dust and debris. If necessary, remove and clean cap and screen. Install cap and screen.

(5)Tractor Engine Crankcase

Machine level, scraper lowered, parking brake set, engine at low idle and oil warm. Maintain oil level between ADD and FULL marks on dispstick.

(6)Scraper Engine Crankcase

Machine level, scraper lowered, parking brake set, engine at low idle and oil warm. Maintain oil level between ADD and FULL marks on dipstick.

(7)Ejector Channel Rollers

On machines 20G82-UP, lubricate 1 fitting on each roller. Total 2 fittings.

(8)Ejector Guide Rollers

Lubricate 2 fittings on each roller. Total 4 fittings.

(9)Apron Pivot Pins

Lubricate 1 fitting on each side. Total 2 fittings.

(9a)Air Reservoirs

1. Open drains on tractor air reservoirs.

2. Open drain on tractor emergency air reservoir.

3. Open drains on scraper air reservoirs.
4. Allow moisture to drain from the reservoirs. Close all drains.

(9b)Fuel Tanks

Tractor

Open fuel tank drain valve and allow moisture and sediment to drain. Close valve.

Scraper

Open fuel tank drain valve and allow moisture and sediment to drain. Close valve.
