(1)Radiator

Check with engine stopped. Remove cap slowly to relieve pressure. Maintain coolant level to bottom of fill pipe.

(2)Precleaner

Check accumulation of dust in precleaner. If dust level is up to FULL mark, remove and empty cup.

(3)Engine Crankcase


NOTICE

Machine level, parking brake set, scraper lowered and engine stopped.


Maintain oil level between ADD and FULL marks on dipstick.

(4)Air Reservoirs

1. Open tractor standard air reservoir bleed valves and allow moisture and sediment to drain. Close valves.
2. Open tractor emergency air reservoir bleed valve and allow moisture and sediment to drain. Close valve.

(5)Door Roller Bearings

Lubricate 2 fittings on each side. Total 4 fittings.

(6)Elevator Link Pins

Lubricate 1 fitting on each side. Total 2 fittings.

(7)Elevator Bearing Hangers

1. Lubricate 1 fitting on upper right hand bearing hanger.

2. Lubricate 1 fitting in each lower bearing hanger. Total 3 fittings.
