Correct adjustment 1 - 1-1/2 inches (25-38 mm) sag
Adjusting (Screw-type)
- 1. REMOVE guards
- 2. LOOSEN clamp bolts
- 3. If track is loose - TIGHTEN
- 3A. If track is tight - LOOSEN
- 4. DRIVE machine back and forth
NOTE: Do not exceed measurement of 20.5 inches (520,7 mm) at "A". Damage to adjusting screw could result.
- 5. RECHECK - 1 - 1-1/2 inches (25-38 mm)
- 6. TIGHTEN clamp bolts
- 7. INSTALL guards
Adjusting (Hydraulic-type)
If track is Loose ...
- 1. ADD ball and roller bearing lubricant
- 2. DRIVE machine back and forth
- 3. RECHECK - 1 - 1-1/2 inches (25-38 mm)
NOTE: Do not exceed measurement of 5 inches (127 mm) at "A". Damage to hydraulic cylinder could result.

If track is Tight ...
- 1. Be sure idler can RETRACT
- 2. LOOSEN relief valve - ONE TURN
Never visually inspect relief valve or fill valve to see if lubricant is escaping. Always observe to see if track has loosened. |
- 3. When sag is CORRECT (1 - 1-1/2 inches - 25-38 mm)
- 4. TIGHTEN relief valve
- 5. DRIVE machine back and forth
- 6. RECHECK sag
